I've had my primary Dr's here at the floating Hospital DR.D.RHODEN since they opened and she's wonderful kept me healthy and safe during COVID Which was extremely hectic because I have Asmah and Multiple Sclerosis. It's clean sufficient because it's right at my housing development

The waiting room was filthy and the staff was polite , but once I got upstairs the nurses never said who they were , then they couldn’t find the vein in my child’s arm so instead of stopping and being patient the nurse kept taking the needle and pushing it in my child’s arm more than 4 times , I wouldn’t suggest anyone who is a human to ever come here , other than that they had free food socks and used clothing but that’s the only good thing , very unethical very unpleasant and unprofessional. DO BETTER STOP RUSHING AND CARE !!!! I’m also reporting to 311.

Very unprofessional, they live me without a vital medication ( blood pressure) for my health, because I was 7 ‘ late. I’d explained I came from Nyack, NY I hit traffic, but no. They have to reschedule, the front desk guy was not helpful at all. Very disappointed.

Dr Rhoden seems like an understanding and capable doctor. However the staff, specifically the male receptionist that was working on June 18th 2025, seem to neglect his responsibilities and commitment to patients’ health. I called as soon as the office opened at 11 am, and once again later that afternoon. I informed them twice, that because my previous pharmacy closed, and that the new pharmacy info was on file. I also informed them that my prescription is a daily one, necessary for normal thyroid function. He said he would notify the doctor, and it is now the next day, a federal holiday, and the prescription still hasn’t been sent to the pharmacy.And the office is now closed. This is a case of deliberate negligence and disregard for the health of their patients. Today is my 3rd day with NO thyroid medication and I almost passed out this morning. I can’t eat without fear of disrupting my TSH. And worst of all, the receptionist was dishonest with me. Genuinely about to cry because I don’t understand why a human being would do this. Let alone someone working in healthcare. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS!!!

Hey I had a very odd experience here . I was told they dont allow service animals despite it not being on the company site.... my service animal however was in her carrier. I have a doctor written letter typed up I sent in I have a condition in which I need my service animal so I was made an acceptation. I was told I had to leave my service animal in an office with a woman whom I wasnt receiving services from because I couldn't have my service animal in the room with the provider.... only to come back to my dogs head poking outside of her carrier! the same service animal that they said wasnt allowed in the facility! they were admiring my baby and "playing" with her quote on quote while I was being seen. when I got to the provider for my medication she asked me where my dog why didnt I bring her? I said because they said she isn't allowed up here.... the provider said ," how come"... I felt so bamboozled as if they just wanted to manipulate my mind as if I dont take my service animal everywhere. I felt my intelligence was played with! I will be taking proper precautions to never separate from my service animal!she is of service to ME! I bought her! shes mine ,im hers ! shes not a p
